Log into your MUJI account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.

Pack Your Items

Securely pack the merchandise in its original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, including the packing slip inside the parcel.

Ship and Refund

Drop off the package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
